Day-long Lamrim Retreat ~ May 31

About the retreat:

- Relax and reduce stress through guided meditation
- Increase mindfulness, concentration and inner peace
- Learn about the foundation of Buddha's teachings
- Gain lasting spiritual insights
- Everyone is welcome!

Each session will include a guided meditation and a presentation of a Lamrim topic. No previous experience of meditation is necessary to attend these retreats. Pre-registration is not required. Please enjoy any or all sessions!

Living Without Fear ~ Buddhist Refuge Ceremony and Teachings - June 22

Refuge Day is an opportunity to receive profound blessings and to begin exploring the richness of the Buddhist way of life. For those who have attended before, it is a chance to receive these blessings again and to renew their commitment to the life they have chosen.
