Drop-in Meditation Classes in Los Gatos and Palo Alto

Advice for a happy lifeDuldzin Dragpa Buddhist Center holds weekly meditation classes in Los Gatos and Palo Alto. These drop-in meditation classes consist of a talk, guided meditation and a chance for questions and answers. Each talk is a part of a series, yet is self-contained. This means that you can drop in at any point and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. Each month we present a different series of classes.

Our Teacher

Reed Sherman: Teacher in San Jose

Reed Sherman began his Buddhist practice in Seattle in 1994. Four years later, he moved to San Francisco and has continued to study, practice and teach in the New Kadampa Tradition. Tessa Logan, the Resident Teacher of Saraha Buddhist Center in San Francisco has appointed Reed to be the Teacher in San Jose and we are very grateful.

Retreats and chanted meditations

We also offer a program of pujas (chanted meditations in English) and retreats. Please consult the monthly calendar for details.
