Current Class Titles

Meditation classes held weekly in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Gatos and Corte Madera all follow the class series and titles listed below.

These meditation classes consist of a talk, guided meditation and a chance for questions and answers. Each talk is a part of a series, yet is self-contained. This means that you can drop in at any point and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. Each month we present a different series of classes. At our Temple in San Francisco, these classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:45 pm. We also have a few branches around the city (and beyond) which follow the same class themes. See the vertical bar to the left of this page for information about branches near you!
