In these practical classes, you will learn essential meditation techniques and how you can apply these to your own modern lifestyle to find a deeper and deeper happiness and inner peace. Discover how meditation can help you de-stress, solve your problems, and make your life more satisfying and meaningful. Everyone is welcome to any class, regardless of background or experience.
