This weekly class is our main meditation class. Each month we present a new series of classes and although each class is taught as a part of this series, it is also self-contained, so new people are always welcome.

Anyone can meditate and experience inner peace -- we just have to learn how. In these practical classes, you will learn essential meditation techniques and how you can apply these to your own modern lifestyle to find a deeper and deeper happiness and inner peace. Discover how meditation can help you de-stress, solve your problems, and make your life more satisfying and meaningful. Everyone is welcome to any class, regardless of background or experience.
