Buddhism is a major world religion that arose from the inspiration and teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni (624 BC). It is a complete way of life concerned with the wholesome development of the individual, and is a profound and practical philosophy.


Meditator

In general, Buddhism is a way to find peace within oneself and helps us to find the happiness and contentment we seek. Buddhists develop inner peace, kindness and wisdom through their daily practice and then share their experience with others, bringing real benefit to the world.
