Our Center
We all want to feel more positive and happy but we need the tools to do it. The meditation classes offered by Dzalandhara Kadampa Buddhist Center are open to anyone interested in Buddhism and meditation as a way to solve daily problems and find lasting peace.

Our program is taught by Buddhist Teacher, Eva Brzeski. Our Founder is Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, a highly- acclaimed meditation master and author of 21 books on Buddhism.

Dzalandhara Kadampa Buddhist Center is part of the New Kadampa Tradition-International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU), established by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This international association of study and meditation centers follows the pure tradition of Mahayana Buddhism derived from the Buddhist meditators and scholars Atisha and Je Tsongkhapa.

Our Teacher

Eva Brzeski began her Buddhist practice in Los Angeles in 2004. In 2005, she moved to San Francisco and has continued to study, practice and teach in the New Kadampa Tradition. She is well-loved for her sincerity and warmth, and she shows the joy of living a spiritual lfe. She teaches our weekly meditation class in Hayward.

Drop-In Meditation Classes

Sundays in Hayward
11:00am-12:30pm

Hot Box Yoga Studio
22433 Foothill Blvd., Hayward
with Buddhist Teacher, Eva Brzeski

These drop-in meditation classes consist of a talk, guided meditation and a chance for questions and answers. Each talk is a part of a series, yet is self-contained. This means that you can drop in at any point and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. Each month we present a different series of classes.

Check out our Hayward page.
